How We Protect Patient Data
Our marketing systems are designed to never collect, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI). All form submissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Our landing pages and lead capture forms collect only marketing-relevant information, never clinical data.
Business Associate Agreements
We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare clients as required by HIPAA regulations. Our third-party service providers are also required to maintain HIPAA compliance.
Employee Training
All iDoctorMedia team members undergo HIPAA compliance training and are educated on the proper handling of healthcare marketing data.
